Will Lunsford joined Moriah Group as Vice President in April 2010. A twenty-year veteran of the financial services world, Will is seasoned in understanding and meeting the objectives of high net-worth individuals, successful professionals and family offices. After graduating summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University in 1989, Will continued his career-related education by earning the coveted financial planning designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP™), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He also secured Series 6, 7, 9, 10, and 63 registrations from the NASD. Will was formerly affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services as a Branch Manager and member of their Executive Council.

Tod Brown co-founded Moriah Real Estate Company (MREC) in 2008. Mr. Brown also co-founded MRI and Petroleum Strategies, Inc. MRI was formed in 1992 to acquire oil and natural gas reserves. Petroleum Strategies, Inc. was formed in 1991 to serve as a qualified intermediary in connection with the execution of Section 1031 transactions. The company has come to be recognized as the leader in the industry, facilitating $14 billion in real property transactions. Mr. Brown has been the principal force behind the $38 million of equity raised for the MREC ventures and is responsible for investor relations and financial analysis of the transaction deal flow. Mr. Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Abilene Christian University

Alfred Branch co-founded MREC in 2008. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Oklahoma Christian University. Mr. Branch oversaw all day-to-day operations of the university including its annual $40mm budget. He also served as president of two of the university's subsidiary corporations that own, manage and develop commercial and senior living property to support the university. He oversaw the development of more than $38 million in retail and multi-family housing projects. Prior to joining Oklahoma Christian in 1999, Mr. Branch was Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Oklahoma City. His responsibilities at TCC included the brokerage, property management and development operations for 150 employees and over 6 million square feet of property including the management of the corporate facilities for Kerr-McGee and Hertz corporations. During Mr. Branch's twelve-year tenure with TCC, he gained extensive experience in project leasing, investment acquisitions, dispositions and project management prior to his appointment to manage the operations. Mr. Branch is a 1984 graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and graduated with honors with an MBA at the University of Texas in Austin.

David Needham
, 42, joined the Moriah Group in January 2008.  Presently, he is working as the Executive Vice President for Moriah Resources, Inc. overseeing all aspects of the Brown family office.  Prior to this, he co-founded an animation and special effects company called Reel FX Creative Studios. (  Mr. Needham managed all day to day operations for the company with an annual budget of $30mm.  He also managed all Human Resources and IT for the company with a headcount of over 250. During his tenure he oversaw four corporate facilities with over 100,000 square feet in Dallas, TX, San Francisco, Pasadena, and Los Angeles, CA.  Mr. Needham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
